Elizabeth Schmoke (Libby) Randolph

Served as classroom teacher, an Assistant Superintendent and Associate Superintendent for Curriculum and Program Development in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Board member of the National Association of Administrative Education, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Hospital Authority, and a life member of NEA. Served on Boards of Davidson and Queens Colleges and chaired the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Library Board and the Board of Trustees of A&T University. Woman of the Year 1978.
