Pat Rogers

Beyond her corporate role as CEO of Rodgers, Pat is deeply involved in community and industry service, holding various board positions in organizations such as the Charlotte Center City Partners, Charlotte Executive Leadership Council (CELC), and Davidson College. Her extensive engagement extends to roles in the Charlotte Merchants Foundation, Central Piedmont Community College Foundation, Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, and the Mint Museum Advisory Boards. She chaired the board of organizations like the Foundation for the Mint Museums, Charlotte Symphony Orchestra’s board of directors, and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.

Pat has received numerous accolades and awards, including the Order of the Longleaf Pine, one of North Carolina’s highest civilian honors, in 2011. She has received the Echo Foundation’s Award Against Indifference, Girls Scouts Hornets Nest Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Lucille Giles Award from Florence Crittenton Services. She was named Executive of the Year by the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and has been featured in various publications, including Mecklenburg Times’ “Most Influential Women” and US Airways Magazine’s “The Charlotte USA 20: Celebrating Dynamic Women.”  Woman of the Year 2009.
